What is Anxiety?

Extremely common and high in our community, actually a little anxiety is good, it motivates us to learn and try new things. When anxiety is a powerful force that can make you feel like you’re always avoiding something, taking on too much, or drowning in guilt. These feelings often causing tasks seem impossible and decisions overwhelming.
