She seamlessly integrates techniques from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR for individuals, and the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples. Sara holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and has earned certificates in Gottman Level 1 and 2. She is also trained in EMDR.
